Streusel Topping

For muffins, pies, and everything in between.

This streusel topping is going to make you feel guilty for eating it, but not so much that you aren’t going to want to devour more of it! I LOVE it on banana muffins. Oh Em Gee, you guys.

Sprinkle it on pie, use it for coffee cake… the possibilities are delicious and endless.


  • 1/2 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup COLD Salted Butter


 In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, white sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

Add the pieces of cold butter into the bowl and use a fork to cut the butter into the mixture, until it’s grainy and well blended. Don’t let it mix so much that it looks like dough.

Sprinkle on top of muffins, pies, or breads. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
